Herend

Located in the Hungarian hillside village of the same name, Herend has been producing fine porcelain since 1826. With such famous patterns as Victoria, Rothschild Bird and Apponyi all introduced in the 1800's, Herend can often be spotted in period dramas as of the time. To this day each piece of Herend is completely painted by hand, continuing the tradition and maintaining one of the largest ateliers in the world.
