Discounted/Free Shipping Promotions

Atkinson's is pleased to offer Discounted/Free* Shipping on orders over $250.

Terms and Conditions

• Discounted/Free Shipping Limits. The credit for free shipping is limited as follows. In the event that shipping costs more than the credit (large or bulky items, remote addresses, etc.), the difference will be paid by the customer.
  • Orders $250–$500 — The first $25 in shipping is free.
  • Orders $500–$1,000 — The first $50 in shipping is free.
  • Orders over $1,000 — The first $100 in shipping is free.
• Certain promotional items or items offered at a sale price may be excluded from shipping promotions.

Shipping & Delivery

We are happy to ship your order to the delivery destination of your choice, or we can hold the order for you to pick up in-store at your convenience. We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days. In the event that an item you order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you to review the delivery time and how you would like to proceed with your order. You will receive a tracking number by email, or if you were logged into your account when you placed the order, you can check the status of your order on your account page.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping within Canada is done by UPS Ground. In the event of shipping to a remote address, the UPS shipping rates may be extremely high or unavailable. In this case, please contact us so we may provide a quote for delivery via a more suitable carrier.

Shipping to USA

Orders destined for a US delivery address will be packed and shipped from our location in Canada. Please note that all US orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any applicable customs brokerage, duties, or tariffs will be billed to the recipient of the package. Where possible, we may have US orders drop-shipped from a domestic warehouse to minimize US customs costs. You can learn more about cross-border shipping HERE.

Shipping Internationally

We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside of Canada or the USA online. We can often offer shipping to international destinations; please contact us for assistance. International orders cannot be paid by credit card. We will require payment by wire transfer before shipping any international order.

Expedited Delivery

We are often able to fill orders for delivery via overnight service for those last-minute emergencies. Please contact us at info@atkinsonsofvancouver.com or call us at 1-800-803-0233 so we can offer personal assistance with your order.

Errors & Problems with Orders

Every order placed on our website is subject to review for accuracy, fraud risk, and other problems. In the very unusual event that there is a problem with an order, Atkinson's reserves the right to cancel any order before processing. In this case, the purchaser will be contacted and advised by email as soon as possible.
